Use of protection:
Must email pictures of the damaged item
*Strict 14-day (2 weeks) policy*
if the item is damaged on day 15, it is NOT covered.
Each cup needs to be insured.
Example:
If 5 cups arrived damaged and you only purchased 1 cup of protection, only 1 will be replaced.
If this protection isn't added to your cup (s) and the item is damaged in transit or damaged at home, the FULL cost of the item shall be paid for a replacement request.
